Known for his thoughtful approach to each matter, John Pauciulo has represented clients for over 30 years in corporate, business and real estate matters. John has been involved in many large and complex business transactions, whether involving M&A or corporate lending and financing.

Before founding PLF, John was a partner at large, national full-service law firms. John also has experience serving as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 public company and as a staff attorney for a US federal agency.

John is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

John’s office is located in suburban Philadelphia but he serves client’s interests throughout the USA and globally.
